Business Continuity Planning *Up & Running*
"Introduction
to Business Continuity Planning for Disasters and Emergencies” provides
learners with an overview of the basics of business continuity
planning, including a review of key terms and concepts. CEU credit is
available for this module through the UofM School of Public Health
Centers for Public Health Outreach & Education.
“Preparing Employees for a Disaster in the Workplace” features several interviews with field experts from public health, large international businesses, non-profit organizations, media relations, and small independently owned businesses. During these interviews, experts explain ways to prepare your workplace for a disaster and ensure the safety and security of employees and their jobs. This one hour module is an engaging and poignant look at how disasters and emergencies affect not only “business as usual,” but also the lives and well-being of employees. CEU credit is available for this module through the UofM School of Public Health Centers for Public Health Outreach & Education.
